Having a daily glass of Banana Shake

I am a banana lover. Bananas can give you 10 times as much energy than all the well known energy drinks on the market.

Banana Shake


Before every game or after training I drink maximum 1 kilo of blended bananas with milk and half a tea spoon of sugar. To re-energize my body and to strength my bones. With every glass I feel great, full of energy and ready to go.
